How to view ITV classes via Desire2Learn (D2L):

1. Log into Desire2Learn using your etsu id and password.  http://elearn.etsu.edu

2. In your list of classes find the ITV class you are looking to view.  Go into that class.

3. In the lower navigation bar of your ITV classes D2L page you will see a link to Video Archives, click there.

4. You will find instructions on that page to click the digital archives link (note: it also gives you a username and password to use to view the files.  At the second log in DO NOT use your etsu log in and password---it will not work---use the one provided.)  There is also a problem report here you can fill out if you problems viewing a file.

5. When you click the digital archives link it will open another window. You will see a page for your class with dates listed.  Click the date you want to view.  This will open the file using Realplayer.  This does require realplayer to be installed on the computer you are using. There are links on the page to download the free Realplayer.

6. After clicking the date you will then put in the username and password we provided within D2L.  Click OK and view the class.
