Career Counseling >> The Peer Career Center is a resource for students who are uncertain about their choice of academic major or their career plans.
Career Placement and Internship Services >> After an academic major has been selected, the Career Placement and Internship Services Office provides internships for academic credit, workshops and job fairs, computer assisted job matching, and resume and e-Portfolio design for graduating students and alumni.
Disability Services >> Disability Services is responsible for the coordination of programs and services for persons with disabilities who are entering the university or who are currently enrolled students.

Health  Counseling >> For Online Mental Health Counseling select the link above to contact The Doc is In.  This service does not replace face-to-face counseling with a licensed professional. For information about the on-campus Health Clinic, go to http://www.etsu.edu/studenthealth/.
ID Services >>  ID cards may be made anytime at the ID Services Office, after registering for classes or beginning your employment. ID's are also made during new student Orientations. The ID office is open until 7:00 p.m. on Monday - Thursday evenings.
Online students should contact the department in which they are initially taking courses to request their ID.  In addition, students can contact Charles Forrester at at (423) 439-8316 to request an ID card.  
All students should be prepared to provide their Name, Classification (e.g., Freshman) and Social Security Number
.
Online Tutoring >> University Tutoring Service’s online tutoring takes place within the framework of ETSU’s Desire2Learn system. Desire2Learn (D2L) is the software that ETSU uses for online classes and it is what we use for our tutoring sites. While not all courses we tutor have a group tutoring session, all courses that we tutor have a D2L site.
Orientation >> The current orientation is designed for campus-based students; online students are exempt from attending. An online student orientation is in the planning stages and is expected to be piloted in about a year. Information can be obtained from Dr. Joe Sherlin, Assistant Dean of Students at  (423) 439-4210.
Personal Counseling >> The Counseling Center provides short-term personal counseling, evaluation, referral, and consultation services.
RODP Help >> Each TBR campus has a student contact. Please email or call Scott Vaughn. (423) 439-8611
University Advisement Center >> Provides advisement for students who have not declared a major.
Virtual Library >> All e-sources are available from off campus to ETSU students, faculty, and staff with a current, valid ETSU e-mail name and 14-digit library barcode number. You will find a link in your D2L course site.
Writing Lab  >> The Writing and Communication Center (WCC) is designed to complement the General Education Program and to support writing and oral communication across the curriculum.
ZNAME >> Your ZNAME is all of the characters of your ETSU email address that precede the "@" symbol. See the FAQ at the top of this page for more...
